Returns

Croakies items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for refund (minus shipping and handling) in the same form as payment. An RA (Return Authorization) # is required for all returns -- Fill out the Return Request Form here.

We recommend using UPS, FedEx or other shipping method that provides insurance and tracking.
