Croakies® offers custom silkscreening on a variety of products for corporations, schools, organizations and foundations. Businesses locally and nation-wide are utilizing custom logo-imprinted products for brand exposure as sales and advertising aids at trade shows, marathons, reunions, parties, concerts; a host of venues and special events.

Please submit orders in Purchase Order Format with PO#, billing, shipping and order information, clear instructions about imprint colors and placement, in-hand and event dates.

• Email all Orders and Artwork to orders@croakies.com.  
• Minimum quantity of 100 pieces.
• Orders are confirmed via reply. If a confirmation is not received within one business day, please call before resending order.
• Once processed, a system copy of your order and a virtual proofwill be emailed for approval.
• Proof approval is required for all custom orders - even repeats.
• Production begins when order and proof have been approved.
• Lead Time (from approval to ship-out) is normally 10 business days. During our peak season - May through September - lead time is 15 business days.

** Carefully consider our lead times when submitting orders with specific in-hand dates.
Rushes (if available) and expedited shipping costs may become factors **

ARTWORK GUIDELINES

• Original digital files preferred
• Vector (line art) files (ai, eps) will ensure the best qualitysilkscreen imprint
• All fonts must be converted to outlines. Minimum line width - 1point. Minimum font size - 12 point.
• Pixel-based art (jpeg, gif, eps) must be 200 to 300 dpi resolution, submitted at 200% print size, Web graphics are 72 dpi - unsuitable for screen printing.
• Charges for artwork modifications are $56 per hour, one hour minimum
